All SANUMCOR dietary supplement sales are final. For health, hygiene, and product-integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of ingestible products.

SANUMCOR does not offer routine returns, exchanges, change-of-mind returns, satisfaction guarantees, or 30-day guarantees.

Order Issues

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact SANUMCOR promptly and provide your order number plus useful photographs and details.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect order, SANUMCOR will review the order and fulfillment record and provide an appropriate resolution.

Incomplete Orders

If you believe your order is incomplete, SANUMCOR will review the missing-item report and provide an appropriate resolution.

Change or cancellation requests are not guaranteed once processing begins.

Legal Rights

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Unauthorized Returns

Do not mail products back without SANUMCOR instructions.

An unauthorized return does not itself create a right to a refund or exchange.
